  • Responsible for basic administrative day-to-day work
  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails.
  • Maintain and update filing systems.
  • Issue A/R invoice, delivery order and Statement
  • Assist in preparing reports and documents.
  • Monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure timely payments.

  • Required Skill(s)
  • MS Excel, MS Office, good knowledge of accounting software.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Responsibility and discipline
  • Good attendance and proper time management.
